1. Why is my credit card being declined on your site? Why won't my order go through?

Your resolution options are to contact your bank and notify them that the transaction is legitimate and request that they process and accept it. They will verify that it is definitely you making the request and will release the transaction.

Alternatively, you can fill out our online order form and put your address into the ship to address and put the gift recipients address and name along with your message in the gift message box.  This will allow us to process your order and your credit card company should not reject it due to the ship to address not matching your address or the address they have on file for you.

2. What makes Midterm Munchies’ Cookies so special?

They are truly gigantic cookies and made from scratch. People enjoy seeing them as much as they enjoy eating them. Our products are made from scratch with all natural butter and without preservatives or additives. Our cookies are made from scratch and we take great pride in creating the freshest treats.

3. Do you give discounts for large orders?

Yes, discounts are given at all times for orders over $700 that are prepaid.

4. How long will Midterm Munchies’ Cookies retain their quality and freshness?

Our cookies are made from scratch without chemiclas or preservtives and will not sit on a shelf for weeks like most grocery store cookies. We suggest that you eat them as soon as possible. However, the cookies will keep for 5-7 days if maintained in an airtight container. Many of our customers freeze the cookies they do not eat and pop them in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds to soften them up again.  In an air tight bag,  our cookies should remain fresh tasting for 5 to 6 days. We rarely see our cookies last that long in any home, table or business office -they are usually eaten up immediately..

5. How should I store the cookies I don't eat immediately?

We don't suggest refrigeration; but, if you choose to do so; it will not lessen their taste. It may make the cookies crunchy buy you can microwave them for about 10-15 seconds to soften them again.

6. Can I freeze Midterm Munchies’ Cookies and thaw them out in a month or so?

Yes, you can freeze them and thaw them out at a later date.  Many of our customers do this and microwave the cookie on medium speed for 10-15 seconds to soften them again.  We also sell our cookies in cookie dough form so you can bake them and have them hot out the oven whenever you want.

 We accept credit cards, checks and paypal. Checks are only accepted if you are in the Richmond, VA area or have a corporate account with us.

10. Can I specify an exact shipping date?

Yes, and we will do our best to accommodate you and make sure your shipment arrives in a timely manner; but, FEDEX and UPS cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. The delivery date depends on the date the item is shipped and where it is being delivered to as well as traffic and road conditions.

11. What days do you ship?

We ship Nationwide Monday through Friday. No shipping on Saturday or Sunday since most of our orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS and they do not have weekend pickups.

12. How quickly is an order processed once placed on-line or over the phone?

Orders are processed within 24 hours if placed on our shipping days.  Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

13. What are your approximate delivery times of the day?

It varies depending on FEDEX and UPS scheduling in your location.  Please not that FEDEX and UPS have limited shipping times to certain rural areas of the United States. This means that some orders may not be delivered by the next business morning since deliveries to rural areas are usually made once daily and most likely near the end of the day.

Yes, we do! This is a favorite product for our local customers. We ship and deliver cookie dough nationwide and pack it to maintain proper temperatures during shipping

Yes, or you can use our standard assortment. Please note that peanut butter  and nut containing cookie flavors are excluded in our assortments unless otherwise specifically requested.
